Our work with this global accountancy firm focused on key account leaders whose role was critical in developing business in new and existing clients. The programme was part of an overall drive to enable leaders to pull together cross-functional teams and forge more effective relationships at senior levels in client organisations. Our work was aimed at:
- Enabling key account leaders to achieve trusted advisor status in their clients' organisations.
- Demonstrating what excellence in internal leadership looks like and clarifying for each individual their development needs going forward.
- Helping the leaders to address their personal gaps whilst making the most of, and maximising the effectiveness of, available support, e.g. mentoring programmes.
