Alyse’s background

Alyse works with leadership talent across the world and has over 20 years’ experience in developing and coaching individuals, and teams to create step changes for themselves and their businesses. She is an accredited professional executive coach, who brings both commercial edge and psychological depth to her work. She also designs creative and engaging development programmes and brings her creativity, coaching and acting skills to the fore in creating compelling conferences and events. She has also been described as an engaging and inspiring speaker.

Alyse’s broad business background spans over 20 years of international business experience in Blue Chip organisations in paints, financial services, IT, electronics and the oil industry. She spent her early career in European marketing, which sparked her interest in what makes people tick. She moved quickly into management and leadership roles in HR, Change management and Organisation & Leadership development.

Alyse moved into consultancy in 2000 and combines creativity with rigour to get beneath the surface of client issues and deliver programmes which forge change. Her work centres on helping individuals to get better results by building strong relationships and interacting more powerfully – whether in teams, when leading, when selling or in times of change.

Alyse graduated from Exeter University with a degree in French with German and spent her early career in marketing before moving into Human Resources. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and accredited executive coach and Time to Think coach and consultant.

Alyse is fluent in French and German, and is fascinated by the challenges of communicating cross culturally. In her spare time, Alyse enjoys playing saxophone, trampolining, dancing, gardening, massage – and is an avid skier. Above all she loves time with family. She lives in Berkshire, UK with her husband and 2 children.
