Alyse’s background
Alyse graduated from Exeter University with a degree in French with German and spent her early career in marketing before moving into Human Resources and is now a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Her experience in Marketing and HR spans 20 years and a wide range of international and UK organisations including ICI, Plessey Electronics, Zurich Financial Services, Intel Corporation and Castrol.
She moved to consultancy in 2000, and is passionate about helping individuals to get better results by building strong relationships and interacting more powerfully – whether in teams, when leading, when selling or in times of change. She enjoys the challenge and variety of bespoke facilitation and coaching focussing on real issues.

Alyse is fluent in French and German and is fascinated by the challenges of communicating cross culturally – as well as the food, wine and lifestyle in France. She has finally achieved a childhood ambition to play the saxophone and is keen to find time to play in a band!
