Charles’s background

Charles has been working for Nicholson McBride as a research consultant since 2006 and has been involved at all stages of the consulting process, from initial briefs through to design and implementation. Before Nicholson McBride, Charles’s experience included research consultancy, specialising in encouraging entrepreneurship, and researching mutual funds – regularly interviewing some of the best known managers in the City. Charles was awarded first class honours in Psychology from Sussex University and is a registered MBTI® practitioner.

Highlights at Nicholson McBride

  • Authoring the Nicholson McBride Resilience Questionnaire (NMRQ) and contributing to Resilience: bounce back from whatever life throws at you (Crimson, 2010).
  • Conducting 360° interviews and delivering associated reports for leading professional services firms.
  • Reviewing the current academic literature on managing Conflict and organisational resilience.
  • Designing flagship Leadership Development Programmes for clients in the financial sector.
