Des’s background
Des graduated from the University of Westminster with a degree in International Business and French and then completed a post-graduate diploma in Human Resources specializing in organisational development. She is a certified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, accredited to use a number of psychometric tools including the MBTI, is a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner and accredited in high performance behavioural diagnosis and development.
Des’s earlier career was in learning and development and then organisational development within a global IT and subsequently global Oil Company.
Des has spent the last 10 years consulting in the field of leadership and organisational development with clients in different sectors across Europe; IT, investment banking, retail banking, pharmaceutical, media & communications, insurance, energy and utilities, construction, retail, education and charity.
