Emma’s background
Emma graduated from the University of Queensland, Brisbane, with a double major in Psychology and is currently studying for a Masters in Occupational Psychology at City University. Before joining Nicholson McBride, Emma worked in HR.
Highlights at Nicholson McBride
As part of the Client Support team, Emma assists the consultants, specifically Dr Nicholson, in account managing ongoing projects, including a large scale leadership programme for a Local Council, development workshops for a professional services organisation and research on the top team at a major law firm.
Emma has helped to develop and implement 360º feedback programmes, including online surveys, provided data analysis on a range of projects, and has helped to produce personal development reports for individuals.

Emma’s recent dissertation looked at conflict styles across the organisational hierarchy, as measured by the Strength Deployment Inventory.
