Katharine’s background
Katharine graduated from Sheffield University with a Psychology Degree and went on to complete a Masters Degree in Organisational Psychology in London. She is trained in a number of psychometrics, including the MBTI and MAPP and has a Diploma in Performance Coaching.
Before joining Nicholson McBride, Katharine worked in the field of Human Resources within the Not-for-Profit sector. She left to join a start-up mobile technology venture.
Having worked for a start-up, Katharine is particularly attuned to growing pains and the impact of organisational change.
