Laura’s background
Laura is a Psychologist who has worked in Organisational Development since 1996. Having started her career in Sales and Marketing at IBM and Unilever, Laura moved into a strategic consultancy in the telecoms sector in the early 90’s. She developed her consultancy skills working in both the UK and USA, before joining Nicholson McBride in London in the mid 90’s. Laura now works extensively with senior teams and individuals, both as a coach and facilitator, and is qualified in a range of highly effective coaching methods.

- Advising a large international technology company undergoing significant change and facilitating the top team to develop a compelling vision.
- Designing a culture change programme to implement a company’s vision and training internal people to deliver key elements.
- Designing and delivering an 18-month development programme for a diverse group of 16 operational managers; constructing a series of workshops to generate the group’s vision, and establish relevant working practices.
- Supporting wide scale change with a 360º feedback programme and intensive 1:1 coaching element.
- Developing and delivering a range of leadership programmes, including: a two-part international senior management programme for a manufacturing organisation; a company-wide management development programme for a financial institution: a four-part open programme for high-flying directors.
