Naomi’s background
Having graduated from St Andrew’s University with a degree in French and Spanish, Naomi’s early career included marketing and commercial management roles across Europe with ICI, and Black and Decker, before becoming a consultant with McKinsey and Co. in 1993.
A team player with twenty years’ of experience, ranging from VC start ups to manufacturing, service companies and blue chip organisations, Naomi has significant pan-European operating experience, underpinned by a deep understanding of local culture. She has a reputation for creating strong teams and leading them successfully through restructuring and change, both as an Executive Director of Caradon Plumbing ltd (1996 – 1999) and UK Managing Director of Eu-supply Svenska AB, a VC start up providing supply chain services to major European construction companies. Naomi is currently a non-Executive Director with Stuart Turner ltd.
Results orientated and incisive, Naomi has an ability to quickly assess the root cause of issues and offer practical solutions, based on a deep operational understanding.

Since returning to consulting in 2002, Naomi has coached a number of senior executives through organisational change and strategic decision making, as well as helping senior teams work together more effectively through a mixture of strategic and interpersonal facilitation.
Naomi is particularly interested in the dynamics and impacts of change, both at an organisational and individual level and the role that relationship management and communication plays in navigating a course to a successful outcome.
The majority of her coaching assignments are focussed on enabling senior individuals and/or their teams, to better perform in their role, through building operational confidence, improving personal impact and bringing a robust thinking approach to their strategy and goals.
In addition
Fluent in French, Spanish and Italian, Naomi has worked predominantly in these three languages as well as English throughout her career and has a keen interest in the cross-cultural impact on behaviour and communication.
