Rubina’s background
Rubina joined Nicholson McBride as part of the Client Liaison Team – assisting consultants and account managing large, ongoing projects, including Development Centres for a law firm and a Leadership Development Programme for an investment bank. She has now been promoted to Client Consultant and is currently studying for a Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology at City University. Before joining Nicholson McBride, Rubina advised start-up businesses on surviving and growing in a tough market.

When she isn’t immersed in her studies, Rubina enjoys reading and travelling. Currently, she is trying to improve her stamina so that she can complete a charity run with some dignity…
