Rubina’s background
Rubina’s interest in individual and organisational development emerged over 10 years ago with a Degree in Psychology & Management and an MSc in Organizational Psychology. Since becoming a business psychologist, she has worked with individuals and teams to enhance their performance in the business environment. Before joining Nicholson McBride, Rubina worked with SMEs – advising start-up businesses on securing investment and growing in a tough market.

- Developing and rolling out a new psychometric tool to measure one’s personal resilience, the Nicholson McBride Resilience Quotient (RQ).
- Researching, designing and facilitating development programmes to build the personal skills and qualities necessary for individuals and teams to be effective performers.
- Coaching individuals to achieve their potential by developing the necessary mindset, confidence, and personal skills.
- Developing and implementing 360° feedback programmes.
- Producing personal development reports for individuals, based on performance at an Assessment or Development Centre.
- Conducting desk research and interviews for clients to aid with the design and development of interventions.
- Providing data analysis on a range of projects, including client satisfaction surveys.
