Career highlights

In my previous career: delivering psychological interventions to sectioned offenders within the NHS forensic system and obtaining registered BACP membership in psychotherapy. These experiences sharpened my judgement, resilience and confidence in navigating difficult conversations and dynamics.

Making a career shift from clinical psychology into business consultancy to challenge myself, building my capability from the ground up and establishing myself as a confident and effective Project Manager.

Co-leading Nicholson McBride’s rebrand and website redevelopment, playing a central role in shaping and delivering a refreshed expression of the company’s identity and direction.

Why I do this work

I enjoy operating close to the centre of the business, and am motivated by improvement – whether that’s refining systems, strengthening communication or helping teams deliver work to a consistently high standard. I value clarity, efficiency and collaboration, and aim to foster environments where expectations are understood and work can progress smoothly. Behind every project are relationships, perspectives and, at times, necessary challenge. I am comfortable raising issues constructively and advocating where needed to ensure both people and delivery are supported. Beyond this, I thoroughly enjoy working alongside such encouraging and inspiring colleagues at NM.
