Why I do this work

Having been inthe CEO chair, I know how hard team dynamics and leadership can be in action. It's all very well doing a psychometric test, or designing a strategy, but the real work happens between people, and there isn't an AI downloadable blue print for that. And thank god! Humans are ambitious, collegiate, varied, and nuanced - and supporting individuals and teams to excel and play active roles in thriving organisations is extremely rewarding.

My Edge

Through leading a company, I know what it takes to really change behaviour and orient in a new direction. I bring that experience and empathy to my Nicholson McBride work. With a foot in both the business-leader and facilitator camp, I can bridge between worlds: whether that's from the technical to the human, or from psychological insight to executable commercial reality.
