Creating and delivering a strategy at PHH (Arval) to significantly enhance driver benefits, improving service to 350,000 drivers whilst creating a more efficient and profitable operating model.

Leading a successful management buyout and transitioning the organisation into Private Equity to fund future growth.

Building several businesses from an idea to over 250 clients, having the drive and passion to do this whilst also being present as a mum to my children.

Being an early adopter of flexible and remote working, creating an environment particularly suited to working parents over 25 years ago.

Why I do this work

I just love it! I’ve always been fascinated by business. I love working with people and bringing my specialisms to bear, looking at each situation as unique whilst leveraging experience and applying practicality in order to make rapid progress. I have been with Nicholson McBride for over 20 years. Every circumstance is different, challenging in its own right, requiring intellect and expert articulation to bring people together toward a common objective. Plus, I never stop learning.

My Edge

I look at situations through many varied lenses. People, commercial, operational, process, and so on. My strength lies in my ability to bring these different aspects together, to balance and flex as required. My experience lends itself to this; I’ve sat on corporate boards, small business boards, funding boards and worked with public, private and charity leaders. I’ve been an employee, a business owner and a business leader.
