Why I do this work
I care about doing things properly, and about the people involved in making that happen. Projects aren’t just timelines and budgets; they are relationships, trust and shared accountability. I’m naturally empathetic and enjoy supporting colleagues and keeping things moving in the right direction.
I love bringing order to complexity. Creating systems, refining processes and making sure finances are clear and controlled. Seeing a project move from first conversation to final delivery – knowing the details have been thought through and the team has been supported along the way – is motivating.
My Edge
My edge lies in reliable execution, attention to detail and calm, consistent delivery. I’m comfortable in the detail and committed to seeing work through with care. I focus on making sure the work is done properly, that finances are sound, the processes are robust and the stakeholders have what they need to operate smoothly.
