After studying Philosophy at Cambridge, Kate spent her early career in the charity sector. She quickly found an application for her curiosity into what really makes people and organisations tick in a number of OD, change management, and people focussed roles. In 2011 she moved into consulting with a top-tier strategy firm, later moving to a business psychology consultancy as Solutions Director. From this she amassed a broad range of experience from designing bespoke development and culture change programmes for clients across a number of industries including financial services, FMCG and central government.
